DELIVERY AND RETURNS

DELIVERY

Appliance Home is proud to offer delivery through our 3rd party delivery partners. Upon completion of your purchase the delivery company will be notified and will contact you with a delivery schedule. In some cases, delivery may be completed on the day of purchase or within 24 hours at a premium and pending delivery availability. Otherwise, delivery will be scheduled in accordance with availability. Please allow a minimum of 5 business days for your delivery to be scheduled.

You may contact Appliance Home or the assigned delivery company for any information regarding your delivery including cancellations or rescheduling. A missed delivery or late cancellation fee will be charged if the delivery was confirmed and you did not contact Appliance Home or the delivery company. Any cancellation or rescheduling must be reported within a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date.

In preparation for your delivery, please ensure all areas are clear of hazards and obstructions. The delivery company reserve the right not to complete a delivery if they deem conditions unsafe or hazardous. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the site is ready for delivery.

Additional services such as installation of washers and dryers, standard door(s) removal to assist with delivery, removal of existing appliances are available upon request. Charges will apply for any additional services along with any accessory(s) used to complete the service(s)

Returns

All purchases when delivered are final and are not refundable. Special considerations will be given to situations where an appliance is delivered not as advertised.
