warranty after service care

Appliance Home is proud to offer our in-home parts and labour warranty coverage with the purchase of our products. Our technical support consists of knowledgeable and qualified personnel who are equipped to manage and consult regarding any malfunctions or concerns. Simply contact Appliance Home and we will gladly arrange for a service technician to visit your home to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.  Please allow for a minimum of 5 days for a technician to visit. Parts availability may also delay may also result in further delays. Please note that the in-home warranty service may be limited to within 80 km of the Appliance Home Warehouse and some customers outside this range may be required to return the item to our warehouse for repair or request an in home visit for a fee.

Factory sealed and some open box appliances may contain full manufacturer warranty while others will be warranted by Appliance Home. Upon expiration of your warranty coverage, Appliance Home will assist with any service issue by dispatching a capable service company to resolve any issue. Service issues after warranty expiration will be subject to charges. All warranties, whether provided by Appliance Home or manufacturer, cover home and personal use only. Warranties do not cover products used in professional, business or commercial environment.
